As an active sportswoman and young mother, I have experienced the huge body changes associated with pregnancy. As a Pilates trainer, I would like to emphasize once again the importance of paying attention to our bodies during and after pregnancy. My training for pregnant women, as well as my personal experience, enable me to find Pilates exercises that are suitable for you at every stage of pregnancy and adapt them to your ever-changing body. Pilates for pregnant women places a great emphasis on strengthening your pelvic floor, which is hugely important for birth and postnatal recovery. Every Friday at 10 am I offer a prenatal class for a maximum of 4 people. Postnatal regression training is only available as individual lessons.
